Raumkern is a self-initiated concept for an architecture and interiors practice in Munich, a studio that sells calm, material honesty and time. We built it to explore how a practice like that should feel online.
The Challenge
A studio that sells silence can’t have a loud website.
High-end architecture is bought slowly, on trust and taste. The site had to feel like walking into one of the studio’s rooms: few words, real materials, nothing competing for attention, while every project, award and enquiry path stays easy to find.

The System
Editorial pace. Material first.
A dark, gallery-like canvas lets photography carry the weight. Project codes like RK-14-MU replace marketing names, a material library documents travertine, marble and Sichtbeton at their source, and a two-voice type system, upright for facts and italic for feeling, gives every page the same quiet rhythm. Built in Framer with CMS-driven projects, materials and journal.

The Outcome
Restraint is a design decision.
One accent colour, two typefaces, generous space and slow transitions. Every element earns its place, so the site reads less like a website and more like the studio’s own monograph.
The Principle
Off/Mode
Concept, Identity, UX/UI & Framer
“ Let stone, oak and light do the talking. ”
The interface steps back so the work can step forward. Navigation, project data and the enquiry are always one tap away, never in the way.
