What we collect

Information you give us directly

When you submit the contact form, book a call, or email us, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided), company or website details, and whatever you tell us about your project.

When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address.

When you become a client, we additionally hold the information needed to deliver and invoice the work — billing details, access credentials you share with us, and project correspondence.

Information collected automatically

When you visit this site, we collect technical information including your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, pages viewed, and time spent. This is collected through analytics tools and, where required, only after you consent via our cookie banner. See our [Cookie Policy] for detail.

What we don't collect

We do not collect special category data (health, religion, political opinion, biometrics), and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. We do not process payment card details — payments are handled by our invoicing and payment providers, who receive that information directly. [proveri koji provider]

Why we use it

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it to make automated decisions about you.

Who we share it with

We use third-party services to run the studio. Each receives only what it needs, and each acts under its own privacy terms:

• Cal.com — scheduling discovery calls

• Google — analytics and tag management [potvrdi GA4]

• Framer — website hosting and form handling

• newsletter tool — sending the newsletter

• Gmail — business email

• Invoicing tools — invoicing and payment processing

• Google Meet — video calls

Some of these providers are located outside the UAE and the EEA. Where information is transferred internationally, it is protected by the provider's standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.

We may also disclose information where we are legally required to do so.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries that don't become projects: 24 months, then deleted

• Client project records: for the duration of the engagement and 2 years after, for accounting and legal purposes

• Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe

• Analytics data: as configured in the tool, typically 14 months

How we protect it

We use reputable providers with encryption in transit, restrict access to information to those who need it, and keep the number of systems holding personal data deliberately small. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what we hold.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Ask what information we hold about you and receive a copy

• Have inaccurate information corrected

• Have your information deleted, where we have no ongoing need for it

• Object to or restrict how we use it

• Receive your information in a portable format

• Withdraw consent at any time, where consent is the basis we rely on

To exercise any of these, email hello@off-mode.com. We will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK and are unhappy with our response, you may complain to your national data protection authority.

Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.
