What's the difference between a project and the subscription?

A project has an end date. We design and build the site, hand over the keys, and it's yours. The subscription is for what comes after — new pages, campaign work, brand and social assets, ongoing optimisation. One active request at a time, most turned around within 48 hours, and you pause any month you don't need us. Everything runs on a shared board, so you always see what's queued and what shipped.

Is the starting price the real price?

It's a real number, not a teaser. Scope is the only thing that moves it, an extra set of pages, a second brand direction, a deadline that needs the whole week. We lock the figure on the discovery call and it holds from there. No revised estimates halfway through.

What are you certified in?

Off/Mode is a Certified Framer Pro Expert, among the first 200 worldwide to earn the certification. In practice it means the build is done by someone the platform itself has vetted, and your site stays fast, editable, and standards-compliant long after launch.

Can I update the site myself after launch?

Yes, and most clients do. The site is built on a proper CMS with a plain-language editing setup, and we run a handover session so you know exactly where everything lives. No developer on retainer to change a headline.

What do you need from me to start?

A short brief and someone who can make decisions. Content and images help, but we can work while you gather them. The clearer you are on what the site needs to achieve, the faster everything moves.

Do you offer support after launch?

Every project ships with 15-30 days of post-launch support. Bugs, tweaks, questions, all covered. After that, the subscription keeps us on call from $2,800 a month, and you cancel the month you stop needing it. If the change is very minor we are happy to jump in and quickly make some changes for you free of charge.

Do you work with clients outside the UAE?

Most of our clients are outside it. The studio is based in Dubai & Belgrade and works across Europe, North America and the Gulf. Everything runs over calls and a shared board, so time zones have never been the bottleneck.
