Cima Senior Living is a growing provider of assisted living, memory care, and independent living communities across the United States, focused on compassionate care, personalized support, and meaningful connection.
The Challenge
One brand. Hundreds of local experiences.
Cima needed more than a single corporate website. The platform had to support a growing portfolio of communities, each with its own pages, content, and navigation, while keeping the entire experience consistent and manageable for one central team.

The Approach
Build the system before the pages.
We designed the experience around a highly structured Framer CMS. Communities, local pages, navigation relationships, and shared content are connected through one flexible content model. A single navigation component reads the current page and community, then automatically displays the correct local links without duplicating components or creating disconnected page systems.

The Outcome
A website that grows entirely from the CMS.
The result is one large brand platform capable of powering hundreds of smaller community websites. The Cima team can launch a new community, create its pages, and manage its navigation directly in the CMS. New content appears in the right context automatically, with no need to edit the canvas or rebuild shared components.

Web Design, Development & CMS Architecture
“ One source of truth. Hundreds of localized websites. ”
This project shows how far Framer can scale when the content architecture is treated as a product. Instead of managing a collection of separate websites, Cima manages one connected system that stays synchronized as the organization grows.
