OneTwenty is a health optimization platform that brings quarterly lab testing, daily device data, AI-guided insights, supplements, and access to medications into one connected experience.
THE BRIEF
Make a complex health platform clear, credible, and ready to scale.
OneTwenty brings together quarterly bloodwork, continuous device data, AI guidance, supplements, and medications. Several pages and sections needed to be redesigned and redeveloped, but the larger challenge sat underneath the interface: the site needed a content structure capable of handling a large and connected health ecosystem.

THE APPROACH
Design the experience. Build the content engine behind it.
We redesigned and rebuilt selected pages and sections in Framer, shaping a clearer visual and content hierarchy around OneTwenty’s evolving product. In parallel, we created the CMS structure they did not yet have and connected it with Notion and their other databases, reducing duplicate work and giving complex content a reliable path into the website.

THE OUTCOME
A stronger live experience, with a system ready for what comes next.
The published pages now present OneTwenty’s offer with more clarity, rhythm, and confidence. Behind them, a structured CMS and synchronized data workflow support the wider platform—including additional pages prepared during the engagement that have not yet been published. The result is not only a redesign, but a more maintainable foundation for ongoing growth.
Results
01
One connected CMS
(for complex health content)
A scalable Framer content structure supports the platform’s interconnected pages, biomarkers, supplements, medications, and supporting information.
02
Notion + databases
(synchronized to Framer)
Existing content sources were connected to the website to reduce duplicate entry and keep information aligned across systems.
03
6 months
(from start to completion)
The engagement ran from early December 2025 through May 2026, with additional completed pages awaiting publication.
PROJECT REFLECTION
OFF/MODE
Web Design, Framer Development & CMS Systems
“ The visible pages were only half the work. The real product was the system behind them. ”
OneTwenty needed more than polished sections. It needed a Framer foundation that could absorb complex health data, stay connected to the team’s existing tools, and keep expanding without turning every update into manual production work.
